We provide full health insurance against injuries that occur on the field as well as accomodation with other individuals to help you settle into the area.
Full on-ground support
We help you with any support you need. with a dedicated team ready on the phone and waiting for your emails.
We will help you set up your bank account in Japan and get a japanese phone number.

CV & video review before arrival
The first step is to send your CV and any videos you have to us for review before acceptance
1-on-1 schedule planning
We will then arrange a meeting with you to discuss your previous experience as well as your expectations and goals and walk you through an example schedule.
2–5 club trials
Our aim will be based on our previous conversations. we usually aim for 2-5 club trials depending on your level and budget.
Accommodation & local support
We will provide a Personal assistant and chaperone* for your trials so you don’t need to worry about a language barrier.

How It Works
Simple Steps to Join
Zoom Interview & Eligibility Check
We will email you back to arrange a “Zoom” Interview.
Visa/Accommodation Arranged
We will collect all necessary documents from you and Help arrange accommodation based on your wants and needs. (This process can take a few months.)
Arrive in Japan & Begin Training
You will be assigned to a local team and given a schedule of training places and times as well as your match schedule.
Trial Matches & Club Evaluations
Based on your performance and attitude we will look to arrange trials for higher clubs in the hope you can become the pro you always dreamed of.
Next Step: Sign or Return Better
Sign and become a pro. Stay to live in Japan or return home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to speak Japanese?
A: No, but we encourage learning. Classes are included in Plan 1.
Q: What level do I need to be at?
A: Ideally you should have played in an academy or semi-pro level but high level players looking to take the next step are also considered.
Q: What’s included in the program?
A: Accommodation, coaching, language school (Plan 1), trial arrangements, and full support.
Q: How does the visa work?
A: For Plan 1, we work with accredited language schools to sponsor your visa legally. Some countries offer a working holiday visa. please contact us to discuss.
Q: What if I don’t get signed?
A: You’ll still receive professional training, exposure, and the tools to try again.
Q: Can I extend my trial?
A: Yes, depending on availability, visa length and budget.
